Preface

The Department of Molecular Cancer Science is a fresh department newly launched in 2004, with the increasing and demanding awareness that basic science of cancer is an essential and integral discipline for Yamagata University School of Medicine. Correspondingly, the Department is dedicated to education and research activities in the field of basic oncology.
